Listen Local with Ceni

Greg Ceniceroz aka “Ceni” is the host of the longest-running open mic in Sonoma County. He started Listen Local with Ceni as a natural progression of producing quality shows in the north bay and beyond. With a focus on local singer-songwriters and a penchant for live music in happening spaces, Ceni creates opportunities for local artists to do what they do best. Listen Local with Ceni will soon be broadcast on Thursday nights on KRCB 104.9 FM in early 2022.

The Musers:

The Musers provide original folk from Sonoma County. Anita Bear Sandwina plays banjolin, fiddle, mandolin and guitar, Megan McLaughlin plays guitar and mandolin, and Tom Kuhn plays bass. With soaring harmonies and award winning songwriting, the Musers are already winning fans with their foot – stomping, high energy shows.

The Real Sarah’s:

The Real Sarahs are based in Mendocino county, but before the pandemic could be found traveling up and down the West Coast of the US and Canada and also to the UK and Ireland. Sarah Larkin and Sarah Ryan have been singing and writing songs together for over 10 years and are joined by Jen Rund playing electric and upright bass. Together, they weave a magical tapestry of uptempo folk music that has captured the hearts of audiences everywhere they travel and perform.

As rising stars in the west coast Americana scene, The Real Sarahs have distinguished themselves as skillful harmony singers and evocative songwriters. With an organic sound that enchants and uplifts the spirit, they share their special gift of vocal synergy. This ensemble creates magic with voices in harmony, acoustic instruments, and the energetic connection between artists and audience. Embracing many genres of music, you are likely to hear threads of folk, jazz, blues, bluegrass, and country running through their songs. Singing from the stories of their own journeys and life experiences, their original music is honest, captivating and heartfelt.
Sandy Ayala:

With intricately balanced and well-crafted original songs, Sandy Ayala’s tantalizing voice and heartfelt lyrical styling has won over hearts since her relatively recent emergence in the Sonoma County music scene.
