Singer/SongwriterGary Sugiyama had been playing for a long time when he decided to pull together some of the best musicians to accompany him and form a band. They all have input into what songs they’d like to perform; consequently their repertoire of songs is vast – from old time folk, to golden oldies, to country, to original tunes. How do you classify their genre? Call it Eclectic. They have shared their musical and vocal talents at public events, private parties, and restaurants throughout Sonoma County. Gary has been honing his skills on guitar and ukulele for decades. His wife, Becky Brendlin, joined him when he bought her an ukulele. Gary conscripted his long-time pal Keller McDonald to add his vocals, sweet harmony, and ukulele prowess. Playing rock music since high school, Steve Morris is well known for his lead work. Frank Blount rounds out the group with his rhythmic bass. Everyone sings and takes lead on songs – an experience you don’t want to miss.
